The Pearls of Service and Education Foundation (POSE) was established in 2026 by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Psi Psi Omega Chapter and incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization, POSE leverages strategic partnerships, community engagement, and philanthropic support to create lasting impact and expand opportunities for residents of Stafford and Fauquier Counties and surrounding communities.
